I started the new year with a commitment to working out every day again, and trying to also walk a mile every day, since I'm unemployed and much more sedentary than I used to be, and now I'm down to walking a mile approximately 3 days a week, and still getting in at least some kind of daily workout, but the scale hasn't really budged at all.
